World Famous Chili

9 - 10 lbs ground chuck
4 cloves garlic
3 - 4 onions
2 green peppers
3 - 28 oz. cans of chopped tomatoes
2 - 7 oz cans of chopped green chilis
14 T chili powder
2 - 6 oz cans of tomato paste
2 T salt
1/2 T pepper
2 T cumin
150 oz kidney beans
3 - 4 T white wine vinegar
2 T oregano
1/2 T cayenne

 

  1. Brown chuck
  2. Sauté garlic and onions
  3. Mix everything together except beans and vinegar
  4. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Add beans and cook for 30 more minutes
  6. Add vinegar and simmer for 30 minutes
