4 lb Tenderloin
1 T butter
1 lb mushrooms
8 oz. herbed cream cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 T fresh chives
2 T Madiera wine
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 sheets Peperidge Farm Frozen Pastry
Beaten egg white
Bake meat 50 minutes at 425°. Remove and let sit 30
minutes
Sautee mushroom in butter
Add Cream cheese, bread crumbs, chives and Madiera
