Orange Marmalade

3 good size oranges, seeded and ground, peel and all
1/2 teaspoon butter
20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
6-8 cups sugar
1 package of Certo

 

  1. Cook the oranges, pineapple and sugar for 45 minutes to one hour
  2. Add the 1/2 teaspoon butter and the package of Certo
  3. Jar in 1/2 pint jelly jars.
