Buttermilk Pancakes

8 cups all purpose flour
8 cups whole wheat flour
2 heaping T salt
2 heaping T baking soda
2 heaping T baking powder
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
16 eggs
16 cups buttermilk

 

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Heat griddle to 350 degrees
  3. Cook until bubbles appear all over the pancakes
  4. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown
